You want to return an item?
You have ordered from us, but you do not like the product, you need a different size, or you have received a damaged item? No problem!
We have abandoned paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return online using your order number and email.
What you cannot return
Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label. Of course it is okay to check the fitting of an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you are returning.
Masks and socks are excluded from return shipment for hygienic reasons.
Return from abroad
You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a return label for the return. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund amount.
