Production Assistant
(m/f/d) - Full-time 32–40h / Potsdam
Join our team and support the development of our collections from initial concept to final production. Together with our European partners, we coordinate high-quality manufacturing and bring our designs to life with precision and care.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and realization of our collections
- Create technical drawings and tech packs
- Source fabrics, materials, and trims
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring productions
- Organize fittings and communicate changes to production partners
- Help maintain our quality standards throughout the production process
- Occasional travel to production sites
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in textiles, fashion design, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in product development or production management
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and ideally ERP systems
- Business fluent in German and English
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong team spirit with excellent communication and organizational skills

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT

Responsibilities
- Developing creative content for various platforms
- Planning and scheduling posts
- Managing social media channels, including community management
- Analyzing performance metrics and preparing short reports
- Monitoring trends and algorithm updates
- Coordinating with marketing, design, and customer service
Your Profile
- Studies in Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Initial experience with social media (e.g. own channels)
- Skills in Photoshop, Final Cut, or similar tools
- Very good German and English skills

Responsibilities
- Supporting your respective focus area (Design, Graphic, or Marketing)
- Assisting with conceptual and creative projects
- Researching trends, materials, aesthetics, and brand communication
- Creating and maintaining presentations, mood boards, and project documents
- Supporting daily operations and cross-functional projects
Your Profile
- Studies in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Interest in sustainable fashion and brand development
- Confident use of common design or marketing tools (e.g. Adobe CC)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, content, and detail
- Structured, independent working style and team spirit
- Excellent German and good English skills
