Have you placed an order with us but the product does not meet your expectations, you need a different size, or you received a damaged item? No problem. Simply register your return in our returns portal.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
An exchange for a different size is free of charge for orders from Germany.

We have moved away from paper return forms. Through our returns portal, you can process your return online using your order number and email address.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Please ensure that all returned items are sent back to us in their original condition and original packaging, including all tags. Of course, it is acceptable to try on an item as you would in a store. However, items intended for return must not have been worn.
For hygiene reasons, socks and masks cannot be returned.
RETURNS FROM ABROAD
Returns from EU countries can also be registered through our returns portal. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that the cost of return shipping from abroad must be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns from outside the EU, we are currently unable to provide a return label through our returns portal due to customs regulations. In this case, you must arrange the return shipment yourself.
