Do you want to return an item?
You ordered from us, but you don't like the product, need a different size, or received a damaged item? No problem! Simply register your return in our returns portal.
The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges for a different size are free of charge for orders from Germany.

What you can't return
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and sent back to us in their original packaging, including the tags. Of course, it's fine to try on an item, just as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you intend to return.
For hygiene reasons, socks and masks are excluded from returns.
Returns from abroad
Returns from other EU countries can also be registered in our returns portal. We will provide you with a return label. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs from abroad, and these will be deducted from your refund.
For returns outside the EU, we are currently unable to provide a return label via our returns portal due to customs clearance requirements. You will need to obtain a shipping label yourself for these returns.
