Have you placed an order with us but the product does not meet your expectations, you need a different size, or you received a damaged item? No problem. Simply register your return in our returns portal.

An exchange for a different size is free of charge for orders from Germany.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Please ensure that all returned items are sent back to us in their original condition and original packaging, including all tags. Of course, it is acceptable to try on an item as you would in a store. However, items intended for return must not have been worn.
For hygiene reasons, socks and masks cannot be returned.
RETURNS FROM ABROAD
Returns from EU countries can also be registered through our returns portal. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that the cost of return shipping from abroad must be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund amount.

These small, handcrafted incense holders are individually made by hand on the potter's wheel and glazed in an elaborate process, transforming each piece into a unique work of art.
Since Dripdrop Ceramics manufactures its products in very small batches, they are usually sold through raffles to provide a fair purchasing opportunity for everyone.
Dripdrop Ceramics is a small ceramics studio run by Inken Beumer in the heart of Mannheim. Her philosophy is to create sustainable products that everyone can use in daily life. Drops are a recurring motif in all her artwork, reflecting her love for the experimental work with glazes, which results in a product whose final form cannot be fully planned.
